Norin Silviana leads a slow-building day that opens with gong meditation and moves through yoga, breathwork and a movement session, before a DJ NR dance set and a sound session lead into a live music finish. Morning classes have limited places, so arrive before 9:00 am to secure a spot. Brunch and pool and sauna access are included, and swimwear is worth packing if you're taking the full package.
