Two DJs, two drummers and two movement artists share the floor, with live drumming woven through the sets. Guided warm-ups lead into open exploration and freestyle, drawing on Qigong and contact dance alongside African and street styles. It suits dancers and music lovers as well as anyone new to freestyle movement, and it aims to leave you with a freer, more connected relationship to your body and rhythm. Ages 16+.
