About

A warm-up into the body leads to a free movement jam set to a music journey, then a closing circle. The dance floor stays phone-free and chitchat-free, with a downstairs cafe for conversation afterward. Running since 2015, it draws 60-90 regular and visiting movers, so bring curiosity and playfulness.
