A guided warm-up eases you into your body before a free movement jam set to a music journey, then a closing circle rounds things off. It draws on contact improvisation and intuitive movement, with a phone-free, chatter-free dance floor and a café downstairs for conversation afterward. Regulars and visiting movers, 60–90 of them, have gathered here since 2015, so bring curiosity and a sense of play.
